I have come from out of town to eat here probaby 6x so far. Different dishes all 6 times. All 6 times the food was delicious. Now I just have to decide on a favorite.

My sister and I came here a a while ago to try it out. Being Mexican, we grew up eating a lot of Mexican homemade meals so we can be somewhat picky. We had the chicken and beef enchiladas and were really impressed by the food, particularly the rice which tasted like our mom's. We brought our fiances the next time and since then my fiance has brought me at least 5 more times in the last month. We really enjoy the elote too it's really tasty! The staff is friendly and always helpful. We've been when it's been empty but also when they're full and both scenarios our food was great and we had no complaints. We hope this establishment gets more popularity so that they can stay.

I know it's hard to get too excited about such a run of the mill dish, but some how they managed to make it a little unique.

We're always open to trying new places and Sol Azteca has us coming back each time. We've tried the papa grande, but it never disappoints. The meat is so tender. We've tried the bandera enchiladas and those were amazing, The rice tasted like too much tomatoes, which is my only complaint. But I devoured the rest. We've tried the tacos, great, tortas to me were delish.
We've done both dine in and takeout. Y'all don't disappoint. Thank you for the great service and amazing salsa!

Cheese Enchiladas
The best Mexican restaurant in Commerce. All of their salsa's are delicious and spicy which I love!! Their tacos de asada are great, the meat is super tender. I've also tried their fajitas and the tortas. Zero complaints. Their tortas are the closest to authentic tortas I've had around here. Overall great food!!!

My wife and I came to Commerce, Tx to bring bedding to my niece in college. Decided to eat lunch and I love Mexican food. We found this place. It is hands down the best Mexican food around.. Awesome service, awesome food.

Different from the other 2 Mexican restaurants in town. Excellent salsa, fajita salad, enchiladas, fajitas. Wonderful flan, as well. Plus, they serve a beautiful tres leches cake. What more could you want?
