Excellent, authentic food like grandma makes. We have driven by here for 20 years without stopping by. So glad we finally did and will definitely be back! The green chile is the right amount of spicy with perfect flavor. It went very well with the tewa tacos and chile cheese fries. And the sweet tea was definitely fresh brewed. Thanks! Waitresses were trying their best considering they had no back of house support. They were unable to bus their tables due to a lack of dishwashing. Halfway thru our visit one of them had to transition into doing full time dishwashing just so the other could get people seated. Owner was more worried about socializing than running a restaurant, can't even be bothered to print accurate pages to replace inkjet menus with wrong prices and grade school spelling and grammar mistakes. Once the food finally arrived it was bland, under seasoned, and partly undercooked. Beef was overcooked and overlean, with no flavor. Chicken had any flavor boiled out of it and was unseasoned. Red chile was almost tasteless, green chile "sauce" was just chopped green chilies. Tortillas might've got a glance at a hot pan of oil but were cold and uncooked.
