Went for lunch on Saturday but it wasn’t busy at all, less than 10 tables in use. Took about 10 minutes for our server to come get our drink order. We ordered our food at the same time. We ordered small chicken nachos with chicken and cheese only (no beans or condiments), and a Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with chicken and cheese only (no veggies or dressing) and a side of fries. We received our order in about 20 minutes but both were wrong. Nachos had beans and the sandwich had veggies and the dressing and no fries. They remade our order but forgot the fries again. They brought out the fries but they were cold and had no seasoning. I had to go to 3 tables before I found a salt shaker that wasn’t filled so much that I could use it. The sandwich and nachos were good but wish the overall experience was better. Went for an early dinner. Not badly priced for 4 people, less than 20 bucks each. Server was on it, kept drinks full and kept making sure we were ok. Best burger and loaded fries ever 😋 we got a new waitress she did well. We will be back. Service was bad this time today 12-17. She forgot our large cheddar fries. Brought me a small. Forgot my cheddar cheese on my burger. Everything was my bad! Bad Service. Won't be back to this location. Sorry, my youngest granddaughter had to experience this. Went on Valentine's Day and it wasn't crowded at all. Walked in and there was a sign that said seat yourself will be with you. Was confused to see that sign because there was only three tables with people. We sat and waited... And waited ... And waited... Nobody ever came. Even walked pass the bartender and he just looked at us. This was my first Valentine's Day with my new husband and my first and last time at this restaurant. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Food was great, look and taste wise. Maybe they were just short staffed or the kitchen was behind but it just took a while to get our order in and our food out, check out too. But they were really nice and easy to talk too. Atmosphere is nice. Great for a date or bring a friend or two. Would eat there again! OG Dallas hamburger place. I've been eating at different locations since i was a kid, and it is still a great burger with quality toppings. Husband always gets the Dr Pepper burger. The food was delicious, I got nachos and my sister got the mushroom swiss burger and we shared! The bun on the burger was fantastic. Unfortunately the service was terrible! There were only a few diners yet we waited outrageous amounts of time for anyone to come check on us, bring our food, and bring our ticket! So if you want fantastic food I'd say it's worth a try, but be prepared to wait and wait some more!
