Really gone down hill. The staff were very nice, but the quality of the food as gone down hill. I grew up eating at Snowflake and used to love it. I moved to the Dayton TX area and haven't been in a while. I'm pretty sure it has new owners. It's not close to as good as it used to be. This place has truly gone down hill. I’ve given it several chances the past few months and you get the same left over kolaches and donut holes from the day before. Definitely no longer made fresh, the bread is COLD AND STALE, not to mention hard. My kids won’t even eat the donut holes from there, they take a bite and say they’re hard and cold. AT LEAST, ask if we want clearance or discounted items from the night before. Having to pay full price for cold, hard gross kolaches is not right! I have attached pics of the dried up kolaches we get every time now. Look at how old that cheese looks, and the bread clearly looks stale. Waste of $20-30 every time we go. Never again!

Hands down to the staff of the snowflake donuts. Best donut shop, the staff is so nice and kind, I went there just an hour before closing to buy some donuts and they gave me a whole tray of donut 🍩 for free said we are about to close so you can take all for free. Not only that, but donuts are very fresh and delicious that can't get over with it. Must go and check them out!!!

I’ve lived in Baytown for 60 years and for the first time, I had bad food from Snowflake. VERY DISHEARTENING!! The kolaches were cold and stale and the doughnuts were dry and greasy with glaze that was all in the box by the time I got home. I guess all good things must come to an end. I never thought I would remove Snowflake from my “Must Have” list of Baytown things for visitors to experience.

Best ham kolaches ever! New owners replaced the slice deli ham and now is cutting from a block of ham! So good!! The Hog has changed thou. It's not as big as it used to be. Also, they're open at 4 am now.
I've been here before and liked it. This time the apple fritter was a little tough but the donuts were great. It was late morning so not as fresh as if I got it earlier. The cappuccino was good and the price is much better than Starbucks!

Good service and tasty donuts. Downside is that your waistline will hate you lol.
They always make powered lemon filled donuts for me other places don't even bother that's why I keep going back Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Assorted Donuts Dozen
It's sad to see what's become of this place - the kolaches used to be the best! It would be a whole link of sausage in some delicious bread. Now the meat is small and mediocre and the bread is sweet [GROSS]! The donuts are even subpar now. Whoever took over, bought the place, or what-have-you, had no intentions in maintaining the reputation and quality of this establishment. I used to talk this place up to EVERYONE! Now I warn everyone to stay away and just go get donuts and kolaches from Wal-Mart or something.
Y'all, the damn kolache has a whole smoked sausage in it. And not no bs sausage. It's super good. Can't even eat 2 of em. Are they on a different level? Nah, they on a different planet. Excellent job.
