I stopped here on a road trip. I asked for 30% sugar but my drink was too sweet for me so I ended up throwing it away. I'm guessing they forgot, but if that is important to you, double check before leaving. The tapioca bubbles had a different taste than others I've tasted with kind of an artificial caramel or vanilla flavoring that I didn't really like. It sounds like they just opened recently so I may give them another try sometime when I'm coming through again.

I think they just opened a few weeks ago, but the service so far is great, affordable, quick and friendly. The older man took our order really well. I was walking around the mall and it seems like a lot of people enjoy the drinks from here too. There are enough choices to have a good experience and try out different types of tea and boba without being overwhelmed. The white pearls are really tasty and was very similar to Gongcha's. The tea is also fragrant! I'd say order less sugar, but other than that I would definitely drive 30 minutes to order again! Great alternative to the big boba chains in larger cities!

Customer service was good and efficient. My drink is great! They had the option of different sugar levels which is awesome incase people don’t like really sweet things or it’s a health concern. They also had a variety of topping options on the menu. I definitely recommend Snora bubble tea<3
The brown sugar milk tea is very good and the boba were properly cooked and delicious. I opted for the "dizzy" variety which adds a layer of cold foam-esque fluff on top that I felt was not really worth the money. I appreciate the ability to pick the ice and sweetness level. The location is easy to get to as well. I'll definitely be back.

Their brown sugar milk tea is comparable to Tiger Sugar, in my opinion! 🥰 Highly recommend White Pearl for topping! It was worth the 30-minute drive! 👍👍👍

I’ve never had bubble tea before today. I heard about this place from a friend, and I’m glad she told me. I came with my friend around noon and they made our drinks very fast despite there being a ton of orders. Overall, the stand is quite small, but the placement is nice. You can buy a drink on your way out of the mall or on your way in. The prices were cheaper than I was expecting, but the drink quality was very good. I also enjoyed the topping choices, especially the star jelly and mango popping. Recommend to those who’ve never tried bubble tea/tea drinks. It was a great first impression.

Went here a couple times , and i can say the red haired girl at the register was so helpful when taking our orders even tho we took so long to decide, and it was busy. She gave us the option to customize the sweetness in our drink (we didnt get that option when we went here before). We ended up ordering like 5 drinks and they got it done in 3-4 mins. Would come back again!

I get I went around mid day on a Sunday and I’m sure they were tired from working all week. Still, customer service could be much better! The lady at the register seemed to have no interest in being there or taking our order. The girl with the red hair was too busy trying to talk to her friend in line behind us (same with girl at register). Taste was okay. The tea had an odd taste. I honestly tossed about half the drink. Pricing was fair. Definitely like Koala Tea better though.

The red haired girl at the register can't take mutilple orders aside from popular choices. I ordered multiple times and 2 orders were wrong. Not why she's at the main counter. The boba milk teas are okay, I would return if there were less people as distraction or someone else is at the counter.
