So , I came to this because I thought it was a decent area until yesterday. I ordered two medium shaved ice, one flavor which was California Surf that a female who had an afro puff ponytail claimed she didn’t know how to make . Not to mention , there were other coworkers that could had made the shaved iced but they were standing around there chatting like they didn’t have anything else to do. So I was annoyed by the service I’m getting and changed the flavor to Georgia Peach. So, I didn’t get any apology for the inconvenience whatsoever, I’m just tired of the younger crowd not taking things into consideration.😒🙄

I like to visit places more than once before reviewing. I have now went to this Snobiz location twice, and both times were outstanding. The workers appear to be teenagers, and they work extremely hard to get you your order in a timely manner. The sour pickles are amazing, I plan to try the hot pickles next. The snow cone flavors are GREAT! ALWAYS ask for for CREAM on your snow cone! You will love it!

The workers are very slow moving and always running out of items. On this last visit, my children and I sat in the drive-thru line about 10 min before deciding to just go inside to order. Nobody was inside, so you'd think it would go faster, NOPE. We where inside about 6 to 7 min before being acknowledged and asked what we where getting, then another 10 to 15 min before receiving the kiddi and 3 small cups only to be told then that they ran out of nacho holders, but I sat there and watched about 4 to 5 nachos go out side to people in line who I ordered before🤦🏾♀️. If my children didn't want Sno Biz so bad, I would never choose to go there. So, I definitely go for my children and not for the experience at all. The workers are young girls and probably know nothing about true customer service.

Just wanted something to cool me off on that hot day so I stopped by this establishment. I ordered a medium banana, nothing extraordinary. It cooled me off but the just don't taste like they use to. They have changed their containers from bowls to cups so it was a little harder to eat while riding. They did get me in and out so the service was pretty quick.

Great customer service.
Always order the "wedding cake with cream" snow cone.
However, the Chilli is not good and the nachos are to high, so go to the gas station next door (Exxon) they have way cheaper nachos that taste just as good as their cheese.

My 3yr old likes to stop here everyday if she could. Lately the juice has been bitter and has no sweet taste. It tastes like bitter ice. My 3yr old didn't even want hers and she never turn them down. It was just those 2 times. We will still be going back.

I purchase five extra large
Cups of shaved ice every time I go there. They are so good to me every time. I am disabled they have helped me get out of my car and into the store and help me get back to my car several times. The owner is a special kinda of boss and it shows thru the type employees he has they are not the average kids you see working in the hamburger joint. Bless each one and their wonderful boss. I could not imagine any better service.😁😊

The one on Old Canton Road is the only SnowBiz we got too. They make u feel important an always always make us happy with our orders. The one in Brandon an Flowood are rude an seems to treat certain people special but the one on Old Canton Road is the BEST SERVICE AN BEST ONE.
