Great tasting smoothies, but over $6 for the smallest size (20 oz) is steep. I have the app and try to make a point to get one on Friday now as you get to upsize to a 32 oz for the same price as the 20oz and I work myself up to another $2 off reward to bring the price down. On game days (only football games?) they were $2 off for everyone. That is a fair price.
I tend to customize my smoothies quite a bit. The more ingredients the original one has, the more you get to substitute (for free).
Today I got: Slim-N-Trim™ Veggie $5.99
No Mangoes, Sub Strawberries, No Organic Kale, Sub Raspberries, No Bananas, Sub Tart Cherries, Members Only: Select to upsize to a 32 oz. for free, No Apple Pineapple Juice Blend, Sub Orange Juice Blend - so lots of berries and fruit and only spinach (&ginger) as veggies.
Somehow I’d didn’t really taste like all the substitutions were made. I could still taste bananas. It tasted good enough and I had ordered on the app (there were several waiting to be picked up but they label them) and was already out the door again so I didn’t get to double check about the ingredients. This happened to me once before. It’s not easy to tell if the taste is correct but I can usually taste bananas. Will double check next time.
If you order online you get a Vic® Biodegradable Foam Cup, that makes me feel a little better. I wish they would offer refillable cups that you could buy and then take home, clean them and bring them back for your next smoothie to cut down on the plastic use. Recyclable or reusable straws would be awesome too.

I like this place and support this place often. It is one of the few fresh, healthy, quick options in this city. I always tip something and want it to succeed. However, I have learned repeatedly now that mobile ordering is not worth the trouble. I waited this morning through a walk-in ordering and having her entire smoothie made within about 3 minutes flat--while my waiting time was the full 10 minutes. Another day, the manager or owner was spending the lunch rush hour having a chat with another local business owner, and his staff member prepared a large sample in the time that I waited over the expected waiting time for my order. The quality is amazing. I'm not going to stop visiting. I just want to share my experiences and feedback for your consideration.
The smoothies are great tasting and they have a large selection however the price is high. You end up paying 6 to 7 dollars even for the smallest 20oz smoothies. I'd given 5 stars but it's to pricey. I discussed this with some other people and they also agreed. Besides that the 4 stars is for the good taste and selection.
The product is great however I did not expect to wait until 11:00 when my online order pickup time said 10:45.

My husband and I visited Smoothie King for the first time tonight. When I needed information on a particular smoothie’s ingredients (due to an allergy), the staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help! I went with a different smoothie (because of that allergy), the vegan dark chocolate banana, and it was delicious (:
