We spent over $50 on smoothie bowls! The lady at the window was very unprofessional. The first ones were not made right so we went inside to get them remade. She was rolling her eyes and being rude. We get home and start eating the remade order and there’s big chunks of ice in all four bowls.
I've started coming to this location at least 1 time a week for the last 2 months to get smoothie bowls. I came on Wednesday at 840 p.m. after checking online to see what time the store closes (9 pm according to Google), walked in and asked for a PB Swizzle Bowl with extra banana. The 2 employees looked at each other, asked each other if the bananas were ripped, and then asked if I would like to replace it with anything else. I said sure how about strawberries?" They then looked at each other, asked what time it was, I looked and said 8:45 the young lady then said is everything already in the back? And he young man said, "We put it back there at 8:30 pm. The young lady then asked me if I wanted to try something else. I said no and walked out. So what time do you close? 8:30 pm or 9 pm? If you close at 9 pm, why couldn't the items be brought back up and the bowl be made? I completely understand "pre-closing" for time management, but what I don't understand is why guests can't get what they ask for if the store is still open and you have the product available?
Custom made smoothies that come out perfect every time we go here. I like the wide variety of additions you can add and the staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Order off of the app and it will be waiting for you already paid for it so you can just jump in and jump out.
I was told that I was skipping the drive through, despite ordering online 25 minutes earlier. I didnt know pick up is considered skipping in line. I waited 10 minutes with the truck ahead of me and my order wasnt still done. I was told that they was a rush and only 2 employees. So I'm surpose to wait in line wats point in ordering ahead. At least smoothie was good.
Closed well before 8 pm; turned customers away stating that they already started counting their drawer down. Oh it's good to be young and irresponsible these days.... Good luck to whoever owns the business.
Smoothie was good, but one star because guy working there wore his mask below his chin with his mouth and face exposed. This is a pandemic going on. Food workers should be required to protect public safety.
Why is it always a 20 minutes wait being the only person in line? Why does all of the smoothies taste like fish food? Why can't these kids follow company policy?
