Good Kansas City style tri tip. The meat was excellent, but I thought that the barbeque sauce was a little plain. Very good value.

I know Steve personally, and no, he doesn't smoke! Well, cigarettes anyway! 😂 But, he definitely does know how to smoke quality meat with exceptional flavor! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!! BEST SMOKED MEAT THIS SIDE OF TEXAS.

Now that was a bbq sandwich. Best I’ve had in awhile. Lots of meat and I added coleslaw for no extra charge. My new go to when I m in Tillamook
