BBQ was ok at best but it's not Texas bbq nore craft BBQ. Brisket was shredded like pulled pork not sliced as Brisket should be as a main course and when I asked the owner about it I was toldnit starting as sliced but ends up shredded over time which indicates it was over cooked. I also ordered 6 plates all the same to go and was there for 25-30 minutes people that walked in after me sat down ate and left before I got my food. Also I've eaten Texas bbq many times I'm a big enthusiasts so I know my stuff and Texas brisket isn't shredded like yours was its sliced unless you put it in something else either you're lazy or incompetent serving something that isn't true to the craft Texas bbq is more than just salt and pepper it's the whole process including the smoker. And if it was a line or a bounch of people coming to pick up food while I was waiting I wouldn't have complained but literally just 5 people where there 3 before and 2 after I made my order and it still took 25 minutes don't lie no need for it man. Wich you well on your bbq journey

I was skeptical of a place that had a perfect 5 star review, but this place deserved it! We had the pulled pork nachos and brisket and both were amazing. This is our new go to place! We had the brisket nachos and the Texas Twinkies. Amazing! The worst part about it is deciding what to get next visit.
