I walked in and the girl came from the back. She had an attitude and sounded like she didn't want to be around people. I purchased a cupcake and I went on my way. Once I started to eat, the cupcake was horrible and had no flavor. It tasted bland. To top it off, I am allergic to coconut I got a cupcake with NO coconut on it or in it. I NEVER got told or seen a sign stating that there would be any in this cupcake. Now, yes I do get that things happen, maybe a few flakes in the batter, but this cupcake had a whole pinch or more of coconut flakes in the cupcake.
Overall the experience was horrible!

We had come in about a month ago or so to try the cupcakes for the first time. They were very good, and the service also!
We ask about a mocha cupcake and that we would be back on a certain date to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We came back on that particular evening, not only did they have them set aside already in a box, but inside the lid of the box they had written Happy Anniversary, with little hearts all over!
We very much appreciated that detail, and the service we have gotten!

Great cupcakes. Staff friendly most of the time, the girl working last time we came in not so much. She was very preoccupied, and it seemed like what she was doing before we came in was more important because she never really took her attention away from it fully. Felt like she just wanted to take our order so we’d leave. When staff act like that I don’t really want to come back. 🤷🏼♀️

An awesome cupcake bakery and creamery! Their cupcakes are amazing and the ice cream is just as good! They do something amazing by putting cupcakes inside the ice cream! So good! They even have small cakes for your pet!
I bought 4 different cupcakes and they are beautiful looking cupcakes but the cookies and cream tasted like boxed cake and pre-made frosting. I was so disappointed biting into a beautifully made cupcake to find out it doesn't taste fresh. I unfortunately took one bite and did not finish or try the others.
We ordered a couple of the Chocoholic Cupcakes to try through Doordash today as an add on order to our lunch ordered from elsewhere. While there are not many choices to choose from that way it was a good way to just try something from them. My daughter and I both agree though... Best chocolate cupcake ever! Including the ones I make once in a while, and mine are pretty darn good!.... It was the icing, it was perfectly balanced and rich but light without being too sweet. I usually make a whipped cream cheese icing as I am very picky about chocolate icing and I haven't found one recipe I love enough to actually want to use until now... Recipe please? Lol, jk.... Kinda but not really lol. Coming here and seeing the photos uploaded I already see another one or two I would love to try! Pretty sure I saw a chocolate raspberry one maybe? We will definitely be finding time to come into the shop to see what is available this summer.
Best ice cream I’ve ever had. Tried multiple flavors, they were all mind-blowing amazing. I don’t normally like cupcakes but the cupcakes at Smallcakes I really enjoyed. Wonderful atmosphere, bright, friendly colors. Other ice creams don’t even begin to compare to how good the ice cream is at Smallcakes. Highly recommend to anyone. Even though I have no interest in a diet, they do have stuff for those on a diet. Would absolutely go back.
