Our group had the calf slices paired with lamb ribs and Angus beef, some dirty fries with chili and grilled veggies. Charcoal grilled with a hint of smoke was perfect, and dedicated staff was both helpful throughout the night and found everything we asked for. Try the Mexican tequila drink! Can’t cook a steak, which is their specialty. Filet steak was dry and overcooked. Could be a really nice restaurant but they don’t know the difference between medium-rare and well done. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

They do not know how to cook a steak! I ordered their angus medium rare and ate it (weak sear but tasted alright, was more on the medium side than what i wanted), then when i came to the fat cap it was so chewy! And i had already eaten most of the steak sp returning ut would just seem snobby and childish. Parmesan fried maybe had a speck of parmesan on them (fries themselves were ok), root vegetables were mushy, and aioli dip was nice. If i'm paying 370kr for a steak i expect the chefs to actually be able to cook it. Just eat at the chinese place nearby instead of here Meal type Dinner

Really tasty cuisine in a modern setting. Pity that the choice of steaks was a bit sparse! Entry price entrecote or massive tomahawk steak for 1449NOK ($180 approx) with little in between. The entrecote was served superbly medium with great vegetable selections. Mussels looked superb!

Great restaurant with nice service. We had the best dinner on our vacation (black Angus steaks). We will for sure drop by again if we come by Geilo for summer or winter vacation
