The pizza crust was not very good. It was somewhere between thick and thin, and was pretty bland and chewy—like one of one of those grocery store take-home pizza crusts that you bake in your oven. If they improve their crust recipe, I would definitely be a regular customer! We enjoyed the service and range of options we had to choose from. SLAB continues to impress me each time I visit! The decor, the music, the cool college students hanging out, and the amazing food! It is tasty, satisfying and a great deal. The service is fast, friendly, and the employees are always willing to listen, help and problem solve. The owner is phenomenally positive, kind and works alongside the others to help things run smoothly. Modifications to toppings are always allowed (you want arugula & rosemary dust on top? Just ask!) and a gluten free crust is no problem here. The dining area, kitchen and bathroom are all exceptionally clean. This is even more remarkable given the sheer number of customers served daily. My nephew wrote his college application essay about SLAB pizza, and HE WAS ACCEPTED! THANKS SLAB!! Your pizza 🍕 is second only to your high quality service! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes White

I had lived in Provo for 5 years before coming here. Boy was that a stupid mistake. This place is amazing! Probably the best in Provo. Forget Little Caesars, Domino, Costco, and the others. Sure it is a bit expensive here, but you get what you pay for. Keep up the amazing work guys! It has become one of my favorite spots to take people. I love the pizza itself, but it’s kinda frustrating to offer a rewards and birthday program if not a single member of the staff knows how to apply the discounts. Don’t send me birthday offers getting me all excited for food if I just get turned away after walking here because nobody knows how to redeem the rewards. Come on man. This isn’t on the staff, it’s on management. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Went with some co-workers on a day that I was not feeling like I wanted many carbs, so ordered a salad. Most places like this have salads as an afterthought, but I was delighted with the salad I received, they put real effort into making it amazing, good balance of all the ingredients, tossed together well, not just dropping each ingredient on top of the lettuce. I will probably go here again just for the salads, but if the salad was that good, will need to try some of the pizza as well. It was delicious. The atmosphere was great. My only complaint is the portions are huge so I ate way tooo much because it was sooooo good. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want a whole pizza! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Met the owner/manager 8 years ago; we live out of state and he still remembers us. Moved 1200 miles away and go out of my way once a year to eat here. Food, service, atmosphere, and even customers have always been five-star quality. 11/10 They even have many options for all kinds of food allergies and dietary restrictions. I would rate 12/10 but there is no handicapped accessibility. But there is nothing that SLABpizza can do about that. Just go and thank me later. A great spot just off campus if you’re looking for higher quality food and convenience (also nice to avoid the crowds that plague campus at lunch hour). There are several yummy slabs on the menu. My personal favs are Thai Chicken, Real Hawaiian, The Austin, and Chicken Bacon Ranch. Tonight I tried a new flavor: CJane’s Rocket Pear. Yummy, but from the first bite I could tell things were a little off. After asking the kitchen for a side of dressing, things were better. Tougher to approach than a normal slab with the pile of arugula on top— I recommend a fork. This salad-pizza was definitely on the dry side, yummy nonetheless. A couple of side notes. ESPN is a great channel for the TV. Bonus points for this. The parking allocated across the street has signs that are severely faded. Please fix this!! The Salt and Pepper shakers have craters in the top, so be careful shaking. Hypothetically, if the manager/owner were a friend I’d recommend some different shakers altogether.
I'd definitely recommend this, if you're looking for a local pizza place for lunch or dinner. High quality thin crust pizza. Plenty of menu choices that are gourmet and regular. Wait time for pizza is about 15-20 mins. Great tasting pizza and the atmosphere is very nice. It's close to BYU. I've been over 50 times and they've never messed up my order. Recommendations: Chicken Bacon Ranch, Buffalo Chicken, or Thai Pizza Don't get: Julia's Lasagna or Pepperoni.
I went here tonight with my husband and was very pleasantly surprised by how nice this place was. It’s clean, well thought through, has sound proofing on wall which I think is smart, and the menu is clear and easy to read. And of course, I can’t forget the food! They sell pizza by the “slab” aka 1/4 of a 20” pizza, made to order. Choose from over a dozen creative and fun pre-defined (but customizable) pizzas, or just make you own. Tonight I tried the Chicken Enchilada Pizza, minus the green chilies, and it was yummy! Next time I want to try their breakfast pizza, with potato, ham, sausage, peppers and eggs. Mmm. Parking is limited, as far as I could tell, but theirs plenty of seating in the restaurant, and some patio seating as well. The pricing was great, the service was great and the food was good. They serve pizza, salads, and GELATO! I obviously look forward to coming back, and would recommend trying SLAB pizza out. *If you found my review helpful, I would greatly appreciate a thumbs up (like) so google and I know. Thanks, and Bon appétit!
