It's Skippers in Northport, unless you're a miserable human, you're going to enjoy everything about it. Food as always was I phenomenal. The owner Paul walks around chatting with everyone like you've been friends for decades. My wife and I were in town visiting relatives this past Super Bowl weekend. On Sunday, we visited Skippers and sat at the bar. We were beyond blown away by the service we received from Ryan, our bartender. He made the most amazing cocktails, bloody Mary's, and Old Fashioned's. When I mentioned to my wife that we needed to stop and get some ingredients to make Old Fashioned drinks at the party we were headed to, he gave us some of his specialty cocktail cherries. He then offered to make me an off menu cocktail called the Camp Fire Old Fashioned....all I can say is WOW! It was beyond amazing, and Ryan was fun to just sit at the bar and talk to and watch him work his craft. If you're ever in Northport, NY....please stop by and visit Skippers. Especially if Ryan is tending bar. You will NOT be disappointed. We will definitely be back when we come to visit family.
