Lack of hygiene with the soup spoons, as well as other utensils. The floor was slippery making it dangerous to go grab food. The tables were not cleaned properly and it was severely understaffed for the amount of people they were serving. Disappointing

Tried giving it another chance, but definitely I hope is the last time I spend a cent on sizzler… Food had no seasoning, most of the items looked old… best thing was the broccoli soup and salad, as my daughter said they can’t mess that up… asked for taco shells and one of the employer said they were “frying” them… still we left and they never put the taco shells… ice cream machine not working, and as I see on other reviews is a common thing, probably they just don’t want to clean it… around an hour before closing we saw employers bringing new food and cleaning everything to take photos as a perfect buffet… right when it was almost time to close… they even brought brownies, which I expected to be at least warm and they were cold as ice… spend your money in a local restaurant, this is definitely not worth it… giving two starts just for the service of our waitress… but cooking staff and management don’t deserve one star…

Food was decent, good temperature. Service was horrible. We had to keep getting up to find our server to bring us refills, napkins, clean plates, etc. She was never doing rounds to check on the table to see if we needed anything. When she WOULD eventually come, she would have the worst attitude and practically throw the things at us. There was another server who helped us a lot more, so we decided to tip her instead. But overall, not a great first impression. 😕

On a Wednesday 12/07/23 I can honestly say the food was dry, bad tasting and one server for entire restaurant. The only good tasting item was the pizza 🍕. Napkins were scarce and the plates were badly cleaned. Place needs more starff.

The good things, very clean, salad bar had a good variety of items.
There was something fishy with the shrimp soup, the shrimp melted in you mouth.
The only mead was something that looks like pulled chicken and fried chicken wings.
Overall the food variety was very poor and non appealing. Some of it overextended their time on the buffet bar, sort of chewy.
Some items I Han no idea what they were.
I ate most of the stuff I put on my plate, except for the chewy stuff, that I could not identify..
The deserts were reasonably good, I love chocolate but, enjoy more a vanilla ice cream (they had none, only chocolate)
The whip cream was very thick and excellent choice for the apple cobbler.
This was our first time and last. We fo not plan to ever visit this stablisment, not for us.

This visit was more to thier standards as far as food variety upkeep of cleanliness at food stations, heat of foods, freshness. Still had to hunt down for spoons for soups. Staff courteous, professional to thier usual standard. Much work is needed at cashier's, as lines continue long, which shows popularity however, do not enjoy having to wait. After 20 minutes in line is ridiculous & my party of 3 almost left did not because another cashier opened.

Good food for a quick bite. Buffet had delicious selection of hot food, soups, salads and desserts. Pay at entrance and enjoy all you can eat buffet. Ample parking. They also have steak, fish, chicken and seafood entrees dinner plates made to order. Great ice cream bar with a variety of toppings 😋.This restaurant is on route PR2 in Aguadilla. I love sizzlers..

Eating at Sizzler of Aguadilla PR where i had Red Snapper coverd with macadamia Crush Nuts with Baked Potato with butter, salad Bar and home made Lemonade and the food is delicious including the salad bar which is great and the home made lemonade with a delicious taste, Come visit Sizzler of Aguadilla and enjoy their delicious food. Yesterday june 3 2019 in the afternoon i gave a suprise visit to see if the service was stii excellent and i found that you have to wait so long in the line to pay for your food and sizzler offers you a card for discounts and when you are going to use the card they always have the same excuse that the system is not working and that you cannot use the card and i think this is a fraud for the customer, i ordered the chicken herbs with rice pilaf and the buffet they have and the chicken did not have a great taste but the buffet was ok and the service of the waitress was excellent.
