We absolutely loved our meal at Sir Williams. We arrived at lunch and had both lobster and tafi, which had been caught in the morning. The food was made to order and the fish was really delicious. It came with such a nice salad, coconut rice, chapatis and some noodles! And a yummy chutney. Everything was made and delivered to us with such care. We finished with some fruit. Thanks so much!

Managed to escape our hotel buffets to visit this cafe and very glad we did. It is an unassuming wooden structure along the road but inside there is a lovely front garden. We had the catch of the day lobster and calamari with coconut rice, coconut chutney and a salad. It was all delicious! Also got a selection of fruit for dessert. With drinks it was just over 3000ksh which we thought was great value. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, definitely worth visiting if you are in Diani beach

Super happy with our experience; we think this is one of the best food we have in Kenya! There was no menu but William just told us what are the fresh catch they received today. We had a seafood platter (based on the catch of today) and the calamari, fish, and prawns are simply so tasty! The seasoning and level of cooking were just right. There were even fruits in the end! The portion is generous and the price is really fair.
The environment is very green and full of beautiful plants. We love the vibe. It can get slightly dark in the night but it feels quite cozy. They put the incense underneath the table so there the disturbance of mosquitoes and flies is minimum. Highly recommended.
Even though it is a typical local roadside restaurant on a dirty and dusty intersection where cars and tuktuks pass about 3m away, the owners have managed to create a cozy and clean place with perfectly
prepared food from fresh ingredients. You will be surprised by the imaginative decoration of the table, high-quality porcelain and cutlery, which even any more expensive European restaurant would not be ashamed of. Fish, lobsters, calamari... everything was professionally grilled in such a way that the delicate flavors of each ingredient stood out and the chef used the light smokiness for other parts of the menu as well. The coconut rice is excellent, the fries are excellent - just like mom's!
As dusk fell, the host lit a candle on our table and did not forget to come and ask if everything was all right.
If you want to enjoy a tasty dinner and a romantic intimate evening with an African atmosphere and nice professional service, definitely go here! Order a day in advance, so then you can count on perfect quality.
I recommend bringing a cooler with your own chilled wine or beer so you aren't surprised that the drinks are warm.

The best seafood in Diani. Small charming little place. Sir William takes care of you with a smile. Menu depends on the daily catch of the local fishermen. First time we were lucky. Squid, 2 different ways, 2 small lobsters, shrimps and a red snapper. Price for 2 without drinks: 2,5K. Had to come back next day, but unfortunately the catch had been bad that day so he made us wet goat instead. We were a little bit disappointed, but the food was nice an we appreciated the honesty of William. No fresh fish, no fish.. Don't change William.
A last thing, William moved further up the road lately. We have tried to change the Google pin, but I see that the modification hasn't been applied yet.
This is a road side shack, and we went for the experience and to be away from the hotel dining
There’s no menu or any prices,
We had a seafood player served to our table of 2 small very nice fish and a 2 very small lobsters some deep fried prawn (shell on ) and calamari. Would of been ok for 2 but we were a party of 4. @ 1625 each + drinks it’s vastly overpriced

Rustic and honest. We had grilled tuna, calamari, prawns, lobster and octopus. Sides of homemade fries and coconut rice. Plus a good variety of condiments. Not fancy but the best. Price very reasonable for the amount and quality.
This restaurant reminds me of the fresh seafood that I had back home. The chef is really nice and the food is really delicious and absolutely fresh. The only thing is that you need to order what u need in advance which is understandable as the chef buys it and prepare it in advance. Go to the restaurant one day before to set up the booking and what you need in advance 👍🏽😋
Amazing experience with fresh seafood and fish grilled to perfection! Williams is such a nice host and i highly recommend to visit this place! Call in advance make a reservation.
