If I could give them a -10 stars I would, I ordered a large deluxe pizza well. What I got was burnt and not cut. I have been a customer for over 20+ years and this experience is going to be my last with them. I called the store and was on hold for over 10 minutes and the manager was rude and apparently didn't care about the quality of the product. I spent 29.95 and gave a 10.00 tip for the worst experience I have ever had. The delivery man was sick with either laryngitis or God knows what and I will be calling the health inspector first thing Monday morning. I was offered a free pizza but never was offered a refund for the uneatable mess I received. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I always love sir pizza and I have eaten here multiple times. The food was good, the one time they messed up my order they fixed it before I even knew it happened. The only problem was the atmosphere is EXTREMELY dreary. The salad bar has no lights and the dinning room only has 3 lights on at any given time making it dark. Definitely not like my childhood with the stained glass lamps, but still the same great pizza. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Updating my previous review of this location... I really want to give this local pizza "landmark" a good review, but can't. Pizza was good, but there's problems. Service was fair, by today's standards. From what I could see, the kitchen area seemed clean. The dining area was not clean and appeared ill-kept. Visited for an early lunch. Floors appeared that they hadn't been swept or cleaned. Booth tabletop was not properly cleaned, and there was leftover food on both booth bench seats. Noticed food on the floor under the table and other unoccupied tables and booths. It was early enough in the day, it's unlikely what I saw was from any lunch crowd that day (thus previous day). Sadly, this location seems to be going downhill. The owners really need to become a bit more hands-on, as we're seeing a number of local restaurants closing due to mis-management. We showed up with an hour to close. Like many places Sir Pizza is good and help is hard for restaurants to maintain. But, we had a fun server, a. Thin crust mixed with half pepperoni/pineapple then half pepperoni/sausage. They have a salad bar with different pricing depending on how many trips you plan to make. It was also crunchy and awesome! This was a great stop and hit the spot. Several members of the Thomasville P.D. were eating across from us, so you might even call it comfort food. We'll we back! This is the WORST Sir Pizza location out of them all!! I've given it 2 tries and was very disappointed each time🤮. Ive visited other locations and their Deluxe pizza never disappoints. Troy, Randleman, Asheboro and High Point are so much better. They give you what you pay for and the taste is umm umm good! Don't waste your time here. They need to visit other locations and find out how to really do their job. Below are pictures of what a REAL Deluxe is supposed to look like. My other favorite locations look and taste how this one from Troy did.

Came here to try one more time last week on a Tuesday night the teenagers are loud and they are so rude when the managers are not around the kitchen is so small here that you can hear everything they discuss plus you shouldn't have to wait for refills when no one else is dining in the store at the moment I don't understand there was a nice woman with red hair that just started she said but I didn't see her this past weekend when the hubby ordered his wings to go. Young adults is all there now smh I hope the owners get the young folks sorted out because we do love the pizza our family of 9 we drove off around the back exit just to see a girl making out with her bf on the back wall of sir pizza they worked there they had on the black shirts that said sir pizza 🍕 I guess this is what the world has came to but I do recommend the food and salad the atmosphere not so much.
