Quality food, good service. I'm so glad that it's halaal as it's the first time I am able to enjoy spur in Port Elizabeth. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the steak and ribs, cooked to perfection. Thank you so much.

Having a halal spur is absolutely the best. We could thoroughly enjoy it. The food was warm, fresh and delicious. The playroom is toddler friendly. There's a lady in the playroom supervising the kids as well. For Niqabi susters, there's a separate dining area boot, fantastic. There's a namaz room as well. All in all, the best. The only minus was that the men that escorted us to our table looked rather confused and our waitress appeared rather irritated (or maybe she was tired) and didn't really take note of much i said including adding the wifi passcode on our devices, had to repeat everything I said.

First time at the new halaal spur at metlife plaza in PE and everything was lovely. Our waitress, Pushy, was super helpful and went out of her way to make our experience amazing 👏

First time for us and the family at Silver Cove Spur, our waitress, Zee, was AMAZING ❤️❤️ She made the evening very special.

After reading all the previous reviews I can definitely share the same sentiment. Good atmosphere, and great service. Facilities are also available to take Wudhu and make Salaah.
A Halaal Spur has been long overdue. Alhamdulillah our wait is over, and was definitely not disappointed.

It's with a heavy heart that I post a 1 star review for this spur. My daughter and I were not attended to by the staff on arrival. It took me having to approach a staff member to ask if I can have a seat. Please note that there were only 2 tables with patrons, therefore there was no reason for us not to be attended to on arrival.
Also, while sitting here I had a gentleman who was clearly in need of money try and sell me something while sitting here waiting for clients.
As I watched him ask another patron at her table, none of the staff asked him to leave. This makes it seem like the effort is not there to want to be at work.
I am honestly sorry to post this, however I think feedback is important to better the environment.
It's nice as a halal option. Definitely worth the drive. Nice portions. Good flavour. Fast service. Hope to see the business grow in strength as PE doesn't have enough halal options with red meat on the menu

Overall...the food was amazing as it was My third time eating there...the waiter Vuyie is just to sweet and she gives good customer service which I love. Yesterday for the first time having to use the bathroom I was in total shock there is only one toilet for both ladies and men and staff and customers are using the same toilet I'm lost for words it was in such a state the floors of both toilets was soaking wet of water and it was dirty no one said anything as I saw stuff coming in and out it was like it was normal 😳...I have mentioned it to our waiter and only to see she had to take the mop and she went to mop the toilet floors which I think it's so unfair because she had customers to attend to and clearly there is no cleaners and no ventilation in that toilet...I'm very disturbed for what I saw yesterday.. please better the hygienic side of the toilets it's not good.
