This place has a different vibe than most of Sihanouk. The hotel was chill and a good spot if you want to take advantage of the beaches. The German couple that owns it were very accommodating of my special requests, helped me get a motorbike, did a load of laundry for me, and served a huge fresh breakfast every morning. The room was clean, had good AC, hot water, and good water pressure. There are a couple of friendly cats wandering the property. The swimming pool was nice as well. I would definitely recommend if you want something at the opposite end of the spectrum from the casinos. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
What I liked about it : great owners. They were so accommodating and always ready for a chat. : view was nice, a few steps and you will be at the beach. Place is quite. What can be improved : i just wished that the TV has cable and/or that Netflix can be used. : pool doesn't look clean 😬 Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A very nice and helpful host. Very quiet beach front area. Great breakfast. Room is clean and comfy. My daughter liked here very much.
The owners Gerald & Kristin may very well be the best hosts in the business!!! So genuinely warm and welcoming... Generous and sincere... My room was great... Clean, good shower, spacious with a great bed...Large and very comfortable. The complex was built with love and felt like a green oasis. Seconds from the beach and with a lovely restaurant next door... I didnt care for Sihanoukville these days, To much Chinese construction EVERYWHERE!!! But the Spayhiti is a little gem 💎 ... At the end of Ochhueteal this is a place not to be missed...

Sadly pictures are outdated, pool was not suitable for swimming in and beaches were littered with rubbish and sea was unclean. But the owner was wonderful and the so were the breakfasts! Shame this area is being over developed and not looked after, was meant to stay 10 days left after 3. There is no river view anymore

Amazing location across from the beach…Kirsten (owner) went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay…her breakfasts and coffee were both delicious! We enjoyed her company and got to learn a lot about Sihanouk! I really recommend this place!

I went there with my family (one wife, 2 kids, aged 6 and 9) to spend only one evening in order to run the Half Marathon in Sihanoukville.|The landlady Kristin was so nice. Breakfast was huge and she always had a nice word for us or for the kids....

Enjoyed a perfect welcoming stay for a few nights. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts and staff. Lovely spotlessly clean spacious room with gardens and pool. Riverside bar or beachfront area view. Lovely breakfast included. Beach 20m away. Peaceful at the end of Ocheuteal Beach with easy access to Otres beach also. A little haven away from the chaos of central Sihanoukville and the current world issues. Completely safe and definitely recommended.
