The good here is really good but it's a small portion and it will cost you a pretty penny. Other than that, the setting here is nice, convenient parking, indoor or outdoor dining with a view of the pool.
My first impression of signature was a poor service ,the food take an hour plus to reach my table and before the they hurry to bring us some selfish cake but they were tight like dry bread .don't think I will be back for a second round

This place is totally a gem!!! 💎 The food was GREAT. I don't like pumpkin anything but Yaaaassssss I was made to try the pumpkin soup and it was DELICIOUS!!! AND the shrimp 🍤cocktail and my creole fish dish were PHENOMENAL!!! I'm DEFINITELY going back. 😉
Worst restaurant I've ever been to. They waited an hour after we ordered our food to let us know that a dish that 4 out of 8 of us ordered wasn't available. Then when they finally started coming out with food it was wrong. The food we did get was just bland pasta. We ended up canceling the rest of the food and leaving after 2 hours. The waitresses were also not friendly. When we complained, someone came out to justify the horrible service.
Lots of beetles in the swimming pool. Pizza served no plates or napkins, other than the main table. Water garafes on the main table, guests had to come and serve themselves from other tables.

I have travelled extensively and I have eaten amazing foods, but to have found this bursting surprise of palatable pleasure and customer service prowess was beyond what I would have imagined. I was so taken by the entire experience the first time around that I went back twice in one week...and it was only because I was on business and didnt have a choice, otherwise, I would have gone everyday because each time was fantastic! I dont know what came first the food or the service...Remarkable!!! and that lobster, and that eggplant...and that Thai beef...and that steak, okay, just everything is amazing!
