Emily has made pastries for all our special events in the family ! The birth of our daughter, holidays , birthdays! Whether we give her creative freedom or ask for something specific she nails it every time and is always the biggest hit of the party. She is wonderful to work with and her kitchen is super cute! She is the only baker we will be working with! I can’t recommend her highly enough. I also have tons of food issues and she is able to accommodate GF DF SF egg free nut free - she is amazing

Emily is a true professional and master of her craft. Her flavor options are very thoughtful and varied. She can help guide you to a combination perfect for your personal preference. Whatever your occasion is, I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed with anything you order from Sifted Measures. Her dark chocolate mousse cake and coconut cream cake are truly heaven. Sifted Measures provided the most delicious Groom’s cakes for my wedding. The chocolate banana bundt was incredible. Cake pops disappeared quickly. Everything was a big hit.
