Our server Lilliana handled our large table with expertise, kindness, and patience!! She was very accommodating and friendly!! My husband and I ordered food from here for delivery. After an hour, we called to check on the order. After being disconnected multiple times, we were finally able to get through. The first associate unfortunately is not able to provide the customer service needed to be in her position. Her response was to call the restaurant back and ask to speak with a manager. I called back to speak with a manager and was told by the next associate that Arie was unavailable since he was busy in his office. I then asked if he could call me. The associate stated that “he was too busy and would not be able to call me.” This associate then proceeded to hang up on me. The customer service provided at this establishment and the way that we were treated as customers is completely unacceptable. Customer service is an area that you are always able to control no matter what situation arises and in this experience the restaurant failed in each interaction. This place is located in Coral Springs, on Sample Rd it is always busy and that is because they have the best oven baked pizza. Went with the family and ordered the Mona Lisa, the Bianco Pizza and chicken wings, everything was so tasty. Our server was amazing and friendly, manager came around to check if all was good. Simple solutions to uncomplicated problems! I love the consistency of taste at Italian Oven. That being said, the servers can make or break an experience. One thing we can't except is cold pizza at this price. The waitress looked at me like I had two heads, a freak, no apologies from her, instead of just offering to remake a new one. A manager then popped over and enhanced our experience, changed it, and we were "happy", joyous and free of the attitude! Their food is amazing. I love their pizza but I’m truly obsessed with the Sicilian salad. It’s my favorite salad ever!!! I usually don’t order salad at restaurants because they are just okay and not worth to spend money on it but their Sicilian salad is amazing ! The pizza was phenomenal!! So many varieties, all delicious! Waitress, Isabella, was knowledgable, quick and attentive! The manager Ari was so nice and friendly.
