The hours on the website have not been updated. Supposedly they are open at 7, I waited and eventually left at 7:45. Please update the hous on the website to the correct ones.

Poor service, no parking because parking area is a taxi rank. Bad smell at butchery. Cashiers at tills are unfriendly and chewing gum. Corridors are full of boxes no space to walk with trolley. Shelves are stocked with goods that have already been expired. Worse shopping experience of my life.

Very very busy, need more cashiers at peak hours, very long queues, on busy days not enough space to move between shelves, cause of the long queues

There is always a smell of rotting meat that welcomes you as you enter. The cashiers should do some training on customer service..chewing gum, talking loudly to ea while attending to you, having chipped nail polish as a cashier doesnt only look terrible it is also unprofessional. A lot more to say but i will stop here.

The parking area is freaking me out, I was there to do some shopping and one of the taxi drivers started to ref their vehicle and reverse right on me where I was waiting for a parking that was opening. I had such a freight and everyone in the taxi screamed laughing at me. I left the parking leaving my shopping. I will rather go to Jeffreys for shopping. This parking is not safe.
