The staff here are all positive, personable & polite. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door and after a brief wait served promptly by a staff member.
The filled donuts are awesome, with a large selection of fruit and cream fillings.
In addition to all the sweet treats, they have Kolaches, which are meat and cheese filled pastries.
A nice change from the average chain restraunt offerings on every corner.
To finish off the culinary overload, there is a multitude of hot and cold beverages to choose from.

Nice, clean place.
I ordered a blended frappe french vanilla salted carmel, and they reminded me of McDonald's when they said, "That machine is down" So then I ordered a Cappuccino and I was told the only flavor available at the moment was vanilla, I went ahead and ordered it "Small"
and also ordered a cherry filled donut.

I judge a donut place by its Apple fritters and let me tell you—these guys know how to make an Apple fritter! Thick, Crispy and sweet on the outside, moist and Apple-y on the inside… my mouth was watering. The glazed was good too! Definitely will be going here over any other dessert place from now on.

Kolache was very good and warm.
The location is convenient, but you can't turn left out of the parking lot.
Not Krispy Kreme but a whole lot better than Dunkin.

Did an Uber eats for a dozen donuts and 3 extra pastries. We received a big box with only 3 donuts. The box was also not secured with any sort of tape that assured that it had not been open.
Boyfriend spoke to someone on the phone and they said that someone should have called us to let us know. While that is true, the fact that they even let this leave the building is unacceptable.
We have never had donuts from this place and it had good reviews so we wanted to try something new. This is very disappointing and we won't be ordering from them again.

This was my first time going to Shipley Do-Nuts and I tried a kolache. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the bold and cheese kolache was. It had the perfect heat and was so filling.

This place is amazing. The food is always great. Coffee is amazing. Which you can get these anywhere, right? Well you can’t get the people they hire just anywhere. My husband and I have been here twice. Yup. That’s it. Twice. And we are beyond impressed. Put it this way, when I was a child, down the street was an ice cream/donut shop. They catered to us kids, played games, and treated us like family. That is how this place is so far! I applaud you Shipleys donut team! keep up the laughs and making people feel like family. Been very happy the last few visits I’ve made here. I came to the store shortly after it had opened and wasn’t thrilled with what I got but decided to wait and give some time for them to find their footing on everything and they’ve improved greatly. My go to donut most of the time is the blueberry cake donut. When I first visited, the blueberry cake donut had absorbed a lot of the frying oils and it was very unpleasant to eat and items were missing from my order and the staff were not very attentive or courteous. Since then and after visiting again the staff are incredibly courteous and attentive and the blueberry cake donut has been spot on as well as the raspberry filled donut, which is my second choice when I go. I prefer going here to going to Dunkin’ if I’m craving a donut any day of the week.

Blueberry Cake
Went for donuts as a first visit and wow ! The donuts were fresh and very delicious. The place was very clean and my order placed in a sturdy box. The service was impeccable. The gentleman who waited on us was so polite and helpful. We will definitely go back !
