The worst shipleys everything is always old and cold and soggy and beyond what anyone should sell. Even if you go early on Saturday I have never had a hot donut here and I ask every time

Ordered and paid for donuts on 9-25, showed up to pick up on 9-30 for my daughters birthday. The Minute I showed up I was told they couldn’t fill my order and it was my fault for expecting them to fill it on Saturdays because they are too busy. Asked for a refund on my money and was told I need to take it up with corporate because I ordered it online. Submitted a request to “corporate” via the barcode on my receipt and no response. Please have someone contact me……
Update to my original review, i filled out the contact form listed below twice. no contact to resolve my issue. I did get some free donut coupons in the mail however.
I placed a big order the day before and to be pick up the next day I said: “have my order ready at 10 am I will be there any time after that” I can understand can be a miscommunication but the lady make sure I was wrong and was 100% my fault. Then she was talking with her team about the situation that this was my fault. She was very disrespectful when I asked a question about my order. She needs to learn how to talk with customers!

I have been a long time customer of Shipley Do-nut, while the donuts were the usual tasty and fresh as advertised. However the low rating is in regard to the kolaches that were a big disappointment. They were much smaller, small roll of ham and cheese was hardly there.
Worst employees and customer service!!! Employees are rude and don’t know how to read or think!!!

The donuts are better than most of the small shops around here. They still are just OK. If you have lived outside of Texas and had great donuts, you won’t be impressed here. I knocked a 3 star review down to down to 2 stars for the bad customer service. We went in just after noon to get some donuts. I understand section is limited at this time but all we wanted was for them to add some sprinkles to a donut. No one else in the store, the sprinkle shaker was 10’ away and the dude just simply refused to do it. Very bad customer service. It’s sad the “better” donuts in the area come from a franchise location.
I love their donuts, but I got food positioning when I ate their donuts yesterday. This is not the first time I got food positioning from eating donuts from this store (7901 Research). I would recommend trying a different location. I still love Shirley's donuts, but I'll never go back to this store.
