Everytime I go later in the morning around 9 AM they're out of ham and cheese kolaches. This location also doesn't have the cold brew that other Shipley stores have. Fix these issues and it would be 5 stars. Staff is friendly and the drive through moves fast.

By far the worse Shipley location I have visited. Person at window told me they were out of everything I tried to order then person in back would say we have those. Order was wrong when I got to work , and paid for donuts I didn't receive. Called location and they did not care, just said sorry and hung up. Building and parking lot in really bad shape, I won't be visiting this location ever again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
