Your glazed donuts are great but they suck when they're cold. Please try to make sure your donuts are ALWAYS hot and fresh, not just during certain times of the day. I bought my food at 11:35am. There is no reason why my glazed donuts should be this cold.

Worst service. I ordered 2 ham and cheese kolaches and one sausage and cheese kolache. What I got was 2 sausage and cheese with jalapeño and 2 regular sausage and cheese kolaches, and a few donuts. I was charged $16+ for food I didn't ask for. I'm damn mad about too. Plus the people had no clue about the reward I was trying to redeem, and their QR scanner was broken.
I won't be making the special out of the way trip to Shipley anymore! I would rather give my business to my local donut shop.

My favorite place for coffee and donuts. I had to get used to Shipley's new coffee brand. Now I buy it just as much as the other brand. I don't think I will ever get tired of Shipley's donuts it will always be my favorite Donut place 👍
We love when we go through the drive through and Odayles is there. She is always so pleasant and attentive.

Sausage Kolache
As I was eating a glazed donut I felt something hard like a rock so I spit it out. In my past I used to own a Donut shop for 6 years. I have no clue what the object is but look like this location doesn't clean their glaze every morning. I'm a regular at this location and will not come back.
The wait was worth it! Ciello was so nice asking about my cream and sugar AND making a fresh pot of coffee! Great care and concern with me! Keep it up this was awesome! Ciello in that drive thru made me no care about waiting! She’s such a sweet courteous soul! #giveCielloaraise
