The 1st time i went, everything was good! This last time i went, it was horrible. I was standing in line with my grandsons and another worker walked up and over looked me i guess cuz my grandkids are mixed, and helped the person behind me. Then when i did get my order taken, i seen i was being charged more than the proces showed. When i asked about it, neither of the 2 employees knew why and didnt offer to get the manager. I doubt i go back.

I was met outside by a rude employee who informed me that I was not allowed inside. The store is open until 5pm, but the employees are too lazy to deal with customers in the lobby on Saturday.

I'm not mad about my food. I had ordered online because I have lost my voice and I'm sick with a fever (I even was wearing a mask during interaction at drive through). An employee opens the window and yells at me that I should've gone inside and to the counter after I had said I made a mobile order. I already had tipped. It's 10 in the morning, so they were not busy. From the reviews I'm seeing, I'm sure it was the same woman. I was very upset and wanted to go in just to complain about her customer service and the fact I am sick and went through drive through to keep them safe, but again I'm sick so I didn't.
