Online ordering
Placed an order on March 17th Friday, Only to get to the store in Flowood Ms to find out you do not take online orders. Why is there Online ordering if you cannot use it. Called the store twice no one answered, and why didn’t someone call or email and tell us that you would not have these donuts. This is very disappointing to find out after a long day of work driving 30 minutes out of the way to find out you don’t even have the order ready, neither did you have the selection of donuts we chose. The online ordering system should not even be active if you do not take online orders.
Update: The donuts were old, not fresh, and stale. When I pay this much money for donuts I expect them to be fresh. I would like a full refund.
