Large portions! Accompanied by some tasty chips. Definitely worth a visit.
Only roll that felt bland and that could use improving was the Chicken Katsu. The other two (la ceiba and los Machos) were great!
Located in a plaza - small wooden concession stand, isolated on its own in the corner. Street parking. Open late. Bench seating available.
My one recommendation to the pair working there is just to try and be a little more welcoming!
Great people with a smile. I spent $43 on sushi and felt like I was annoying them by being the only customer there.
Also the spicy mayo needs more kick! And we didn’t get any soy sauce?

Sushi was incredibly delicious. Service was quick, friendly, and professional. We sat outside in the evening, and the music they played was great. Try their special lemonade! Awesome! How could you better spend a beautiful evening in Ceiba?!!

Chicken Teriyaki
This is a sushi truck in Ceiba, which has a small but specialized menu. We ordered different kinds of crab, chicken and fish sushi rolls and all of them were quite good. The service was efficient and the people were friendly. Also, the place is extremely pocket friendly as they serve large quantities for a very small price. However, they do not accept credit card payments, which is something to keep in mind while going to this shop. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.
