If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would.
Opted to stay here since Joe Matsila Guesthouse is being rebuilt.
There's a huge lack of professionalism. When we arrived, the ladies were unwelcoming and when we eventually told them we were there to check in, we were taken to our rooms. It looked decent.
The shower didn't have a shower head, when we requested it, it took up to an hour for it to be brought to our room - at 23:00.
No tea/coffee station. No kettle. Fridge is mouldy. No DSTV remote. Spiderwebs on the walls. Dusty linen. 1 towel in the bathroom - for 2 people. Shower doors don't close. Water pressure is non existant. Water took close to 15 minutes to get warm - not even close to hot. Front door doesn't close properly and is hard to lock. 1 plug point in the whole room where everything is plugged in (fridge, TV, decoder and aircon) but you have to sacrifice one item because not all the plugs fit on the multi plug.
All for the lousy price of R475. Dont waste your money on this establishment unless you want your patience to be tested.
P.S - I didn't take pictures because I only spent a few hours there.
