It used to be my favorite spot. After the Asians left the kitchen, the food quality and taste has been terrible. Rice is overcooked with a wired taste, steak quality is low, and taste was off as well. I've given this place multiple opportunities and have been disappointed with everything. Do not recommend. Cramped, expensive, and the taste... well the ginger sauce had the flavor and consistency of water that had a ginger root sit in it overnight. The other food tasted equally as flavorless. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

The people were nice and made a great vegetable and noodle stir fry for me. It tasted amazing, but I had a really horrible upset stomach for the rest of the night after I ate it. I'll try them again though and if that doesn't happen again, I'll revise my rating.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, and we would go there every couple of weeks and do a pick up order. I do not know if ownership has changed or what has happened but they never get the orders right? No matter how many times I asked them while they're are taking our order. I paid for a chicken and shrimp plate and when I got home there was only shrimp no chicken . I haven't gotten the carrots on my plate. In the last 3 orders I have done. We ordered noodles last night and they were greasy and old barely edible.The food just stinks. Just poor customer service. Food: 1 Service: 3

We had an order previously that was messed up . We have eaten there before and never had a problem but our food was wrong and we called back. They replaced our food at no cost and we’re super nice. Our food was absolutely delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions of meat noodles and carrots were exactly right. We ate it like crazy and still had some left! We will definitely go back! Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed. Just plain, tasteless inauthentic Japanese food. I can make better food in my kitchen. If you like very bland, flavorless food, this is it. And the clear soup is literally a box of broth with nothing in it. Tried them twice; never again.

All I can say is wow! I ordered take out , drive up mountain and our food was still hot when I got home. Was so much I made 3 meals just from my entree order, tasted absolutely awesome, wait time wasn't to bad.
