Es el peor lugar para comprar comida. Ordene unos nachos con asada, la tortilla dura y helada!!!!!! Parecía que tenía días de estar amontonada... La carne toda lisa y un sabor ácido.. y muy mal olor.. los empleados no son nada agradables siempre serios. Cómo si uno llegará a pedir algo.. la máquina de bebidas destruye los vasos cuando uno los retira.. el sabor de las bebidas es demasiado ácida y azucarada.. no recomiendo un lugar tan pésimo!! Fui en 3 ocasiones. Y nunca mejoro la comida ni la atención. Pésimo pésimo pésimo p Simon servicio en todos los sentidos !!!!

Gas is beyond overpriced compared to all other stations in the area. The kitchen is almost always out of basic items like bacon, and it doesn’t matter if you get something else, they’re probably going to mess up on your order and make you something you didn’t ask for, paired with always over cooked dry eggs. There’s almost always little bugs swarming in the donut cases, which are fairly close to the kitchen, so you’re probably getting an extra helping of bugs in whatever you order. The parking lot is tiny with non native people literally just parking wherever they feel like and blocking areas that are meant for driving. The cashiers barely know English. I try simply telling them about something and it takes three of them to finally understand “there are bugs in the donuts”.

Worst Shell station I've ever experienced. $5.49 per gallon for Diesel. When I entered my rewards number, the system terminated my transaction and told me to see the attendant. This is where the experience went really bad. Nearly impossible to understand the attendant, and I had to ask him to speak up 5 times. He called his manager and handed his phone to me. The manager informed me the rewards system has been experiencing problems. I left and went somewhere else and saved $.50 per gallon for Diesel. IN THIS TIME OF PRICE GOUGING, SAVING $.05 PER GALLON IS VERY IMPORTANT! NO EXCUSES! It's up to you if you want to go to the Shell located at Hero Way and Ronald Reagan. I will not go back.

Very very very expensive gas prices - Try to avoid by all means.
Bathrooms are so dirty and most of the time water is spilled in the floor
The owners are always rude and don't care a thing about their customers. Seems like they are over confident about their business.

Poor customer service. Employee will argue that the pump is working when it's clearly not. Then without apology tell me to move to a different pump that one isn't working after arguing it was.

Got a few drinks and paid with 100 to get some change back, turns out I’ve been robbed of 50 bucks with no explanation, wasn’t put into anything else, I wouldn’t recommend it, you’ll get deceived if you aren’t careful

Bathrooms dirty needed a good cleaning. Parking was not good either for a pick up and trailer
