I just stopped her for gas and didn’t go inside so I can’t speak to inside. However, the external of the building looks decent and somewhat well-maintained. Paying at the pump was quick and easy and I was able to use my Sheetz reward points to get 50 cents off per gallon! Worth a stop if you need gas!

Stopped in around 9:18pm tonight and decided to try their Philadelphia cheesecake peanut butter brownie milkshake. The girl who served me, I believe her name was Olivia. She was fantastic and made one of the best shakes I've had. Awesome service and speed!

I normally like Sheetz, but this specific one is being poorly managed. Every time I stop here it is incredibly busy and needs a higher level of staffing during daylight hours. The outside and inside is unclean, especially the bathrooms. Dirt and paper scattered around and trash cans were overflowing. Food preparation was sloppy and slow. Only one person at the cash register. Employees appeared overwhelmed and stressed due to the volume of customers they had to cater to. Sheetz corporate should take some action here.

I filled up with gas last night and was shocked by the state of the trashcans. Literally, EVERY single trashcan at every fuel station was overflowing. People continued to add trash that would just fall to the ground.

I see that a lot of other one star reviews here get a response to call a 800 number which I’ll try. Went in late tonight with a friend because it was the only food option close that was still open. I ordered only fries. The fries took about 15 minutes which was whatever. My friend ordered a chicken tender sub. We both saw his sub with the toppings cheese etc. that he ordered waiting on the line. After I got my fries which, again, took 15 minutes or so, we saw his tenders get dropped in the fryer. I can absolutely confirm this was not a case of them being too busy because before the tenders were dropped all four fry baskets were not in use. We decided to walk out and just cut our losses. The main reason being (and here is the kicker) my friend had also ordered mozzarella sticks. We both decided we did not want to wait another 25 or so minutes and spend over 40 minutes waiting for them to then realize that after the tenders were done they then needed to drop mozz sticks. Sheetz used to have okay food and decent service for a gas station in my opinion. Food is now garbage and service is below less than par. Do yourself a favor and if you’re getting food from a place like this find a Rutters or a Wawa. Sheetz won’t last much longer on their current path.

Went to order a steak sub and got message No condiments, went to get coffee lids on pots are in need of replacement looks awful.

This particular sheetz location is just poorly run. Food portions are smaller than other locations. Usually only one cashier working at a time. Told me I had to purchase salad dressing extra because I missed hitting the button when I ordered at the kiosk.
