Today during my lunch I stopped at sheetz to get a milkshake I ordered through the app ahead of time. When I arrived I was informed that they were out of brownie bites for the shake.. at the time I was upset and the manager on duty as well as the individual making my milkshake were very kind to me and the manager had even given me a coupon for the unfortunate circumstances. I appreciated the kindness 😊

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!! I am currently waiting for my food and it has be 40 minutes I am going to go crazy. I have never been to Sheeztz but for my 1st experience it sucks!

Good, friendly and professional service. 4 stars because the coffee is so freaking weak and overpriced for gas station coffee but refills are cheaper than most. But the coffee is so freaking weak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FRANK the person at the register older guy is SO RUDE TO EVERY PERSON EVERYTINE I HAVE BEEN HERE. management knows it and wanted me to leave a review so he could get disciplined. I go in for gas I guess I didn’t check how much I had and when he said 9$ he rolled his eyes because I thought I had more. But when I said ok just 9 he rolled his eyes again. He’s rude. Disrespectful and honestly a detriment and liability to the company. He needs to be fired.
