Every time I order anything from any sheets in the Williamsport area the wait times are 30 minutes or more. This time I waited for 45 minutes and my food was cold/not cooked. Horrible! This bad review has been a long time coming. I have given too many chances that have failed me.
I liked this location; conveniently off the highway and food and drinks were good as always. Tony and Shawnee are supervisors and they were kind to everyone at the register :) I appreciate them!
I go in every Thursday to get something to eat before I head home. Usually everything runs smooth. Tonight on December 8th at 2:30 am I witnessed everyone gone in the store. There was only one girl trying to fulfill all of the orders and one girl at the registers not even bothering to help. There were also two employees that looked stoned out of their minds one guy that had a head set was not paying attention to anything, instead he was out on the floor talking to people he knew and showing his friends stuff on his phone. The only real and good person in there was the poor girl that was left on her own and Amy. I don't know what they were doing in the back, but the line was a little long and there was only one girl trying to make all of the orders eventually she got on her mic and said that she needed help. About the time she said she needed help... 3 employees came out from the back the girl with dreads looked like she was absolutely stoned out of her mind as well as the guy that was on his phone and talking to all of his friends. He had no care in the world to help anyone. Whoever runs this store, really needs to put their foot down and get better staff. This store has really gone down hill
Has everything you need in a Sheetz. They have a lot of food and the restrooms are clean. I went in for some snacks and didn’t have any trouble finding things. I also got gas and didn’t have to wait. There were a lot of people at this sheets, busier than I expected
