Audrey should be the standard for all future hiring! She is personable, down to earth, and helpful in the most genuine way I have encountered in a very long time. Having Celiac makes eating a challenge, and when I asked a question, before I could ask the next question, she offered more info of what I was going to ask. She is a GEM and should be highly recognized as such with a nice raise in her paycheck!

Sheetz food doesn't do anything amazingly but they do alot of things ok. It's good for a quick bite or after hours

Our mowing crew stops here every week for a break. Each and every Thursday morning Wendy is there faithfully cleaning the store with a friendly and welcoming smile. It's great to see someone who takes pride in their work and actually cares about the cleanliness of their workplace. Seeing Wendy definitely makes our day brighter!

This store has the most stupid parking lot I have ever seen, Anywhere! It is really difficult to get in and out of without an accident, especially with how busy they are. Whoever engineered this must have never actually driven a car or parked at a convenience store. Even a Chevy Spark would be hard to park here

We buy fuel at the Sheetz store in Vernon Twp. Rt.19 and Rt. 322 Probably $1,500.00 or more a month. There is rarely if ever window washing supplies at the pumps. You would think at$5.00 or more a gallon this could be taken care of, it is summer and the bugs are bad. I asked them if this could be taken care of and was told that they were too busy by the clerk. Lousy customer service. 6/23/2022 @ 2:00 pm. The person needs to learn some customer skills he certainly wouldn't be working in my place of business.

Cashier was very nice and energetic. However, my food was not as impressive. My soft pretzel was doughy and seemed that it was not fully cooked and they put the wrong cheese on my sandwich. When you pay $.80 for cheese on a 6 inch sandwich, it would be nice to get what you order!

I love sheetz, I love their food and all the cool ice cream machines and stuff. If you order in person they usually don't mess up. Curbside ordering is where the issues are. Almost everytime I've ordered curbside (which is a lot) they mess something up. Usually it's the sauce, today was the last straw. I usually order a spicy chicken sandwich or boneless bites with extra sauce both on top and on the side. They forget the sauce on the side very often but usually not the sauce on top. Today they forgot both! There was so little sauce that the chicken was dry and there was no sauce on the bottom of the container. In the past they have also forgotten to give my dressing for a salad! I'm gonna have to start going in to order again.

Ordered a couple sliders got everything but the chicken on the sandwich or a couple hot dogs and curly fries and then my sauce was all over the bottom of my freaking bag I'm over it

Nice large location but I wish they would turn their contactless readers on at the pump. I really like that you can scan your Sheetz barcode contact free but you still have to insert your payment card at the pump. Many other Sheetz locations have this functionality so I’m not sure why they didn’t enable it at this location. Otherwise it’s a Sheetz.
