For my first time there i can tell you I’ll never go there again staff was rude and refused to serve me with my proper identification the night supervisor was there and said nothing will definitely be calling corporate

Hire some people!
Nice store, but being located so close to Geisinger facilities, this place should know its gonna get a rush between 7-9 a.m everyday. I stop here every morning to get a little food between 7 and 8, and there is 2 people in the kitchen with one at the register, who is also making specialty drinks. I always end up waiting like 15 to 25 minutes for the food, along with about 10 to 15 other people.
Im sure this company is worth millions, they can afford to staff up the kitchen so food gets out quicker, I'm sure. At least during the rush times. 7 to 9 a.m. and its the same deal at lunch time.
Look, it doesn't take a genius to realize they should schedule better for their busy times. Its kind of annoying.

Great location, MTO food is not always consistent but is decent. Can get very busy and wait could be awhile here on busy times. Clean and friendly staff.

I had a negative review from a previous experience. I decided to take it down because my opinion has changed. The manager/supervisor Mike was very kind and courteous to us. Not to mention, our order was super fast, accurate, and delicious. Keep it up!!!
