Restrooms are always messy. Trash cans by fuel pumps fill all the time. Additionally I'm making this comment because entering this sheets location has huge potholes be careful. I took pictures it was late as well as very cold outside. Next time I will take more photos. You can see the dairy queen next to it.
I had rated this sheetz 1 star due to a messed up order. I am resending that 1 star as i reached out to sheetz and they apolgized for the issue and made it right by putting some free food on my sheetz card! Check your food before you leave the parking lot kids!!
So the parking lot of this place is filthy. Garbage just about everywhere. The doors and the handles have never been wiped down. The bathroom is disgusting. It should be cleaned at least six times a day. I think they do it six times a month. So we have a disgusting parking lot, viral infected doors and handles, and a very dirty bath. What does that tell you about their kitchen practices?
Friendly clean store but hot food staff & food was horrendous. I've gotten food here before and for gas station food it was pretty good, but my last visit it was horrible. Cool centers for fried items & burger was barely warm
The manager at this location is the worst manager I have ever talked to at any place. I ordered food on the sheetz website and had it delivered by door dash. His crew messed up making my order, and when I called about it, he stated there was nothing they could do about it and that I would have to go through door dash. I explained that it was not door dashes mistake that the order was made wrong and he stated that it is a touchy situation and that I would have to show them the receipt and the items that were in the order.
Super good food staff is friendly and close to the hospital I have 3 kids and all 3 times I walked down to Sheetz even 1 time in winter it was always my go to food runs for me and my wife when we were in the hospital
Would give negative stars if I could...the wait times are absolutely ridiculous sometimes you wait up to an hour just to get a screwd up order. People come in after you and get there stuff within minutes weather it's online or not you should make the orders in the order the get placed. The employees are slow as hell you have say 8 people working but only one on register and one making food sometimes sometimes
Beware of late night food wait times. I recently came to this sheetz and placed my order at 11:54. It was very crowded, and there were only 3 employees I could see. Very slow service and no updates on wait times. It was also impossible to hear order numbers being called. At around 12:40am, I ended up asking for a refund. A portion of my food was ready which they graciously (insert sarcasm) allowed us to take with a cash refund. The cash refund seemed off given I paid on my credit card. Maybe a way to not show management people are not getting their food? I mentioned a sign with wait times would be helpful, and the employee told me management would not allow that. I wonder why. Would not recommend going here late at night for food.
Worst experiences I have at Sheetz are unfortunately at this location. The staff are never attentive. I order mobile orders for the most part, but when I come in, I can never get a staff members attention to ask if my food is ready, since they refuse to use the mobile pickup platform, and instead hide the food. On my most recent order, that I'm currently dealing with, the staff realized they were out of something I ordered, but rather than refund or offer a substitute, they chose to just not put anything in the bag and hand it off. Were they busy and mistakes happen? Yes, of course, I'm not heartless, just annoyed. But again the order was put to the side and I didn't even know it was sitting there itemless.
My atm card was Skimm. I was up wilkes Barre this week. I was at two different Sheetz has anybody else had the same thing happen to them. The management needs to check the DVR lookout for your customers.
