The service I received in this store today was absolutely horrible. They had two lanes open with lines, spilling into the isles, and then, when I finally got to the cashier, I wasn’t greeted or even spoken to at all ,I had to bag my own groceries, which is fine, but once I finished bagging the cashier didn’t even say a word to me and when he put groceries that he bagged he didn’t even pass them down to me so I could put them in the cart, he just left them on the belt and didn’t even pass them over to me the manager Should be ashamed of what’s going on in that store . Will never go here again

Prices are great, it's never too crowded, and their selection is wonderful. Probably the best quality produce in town, but still at a low price. Also the only place around where I've been able to find a broad selection of vegan/vegetarian foods. If I could go above 5 stars, I would.

Shaws Pharmacy has gone down hill. They don't care if you are out a medication. You asked if it is going to be done today they say I will try . Mind you my mom hasn't had this medication all weekend and it is for diabetes and she was been taking it for years. She called over a week and said she needed a refill that she had enough for about 8 days. They said we will have it. And nope..I sure do miss Mark he was always on top of things.

Shaws on Belmont st is my best place to go to do groceries the staffing are always helping, the store is shiny clean and most important the meat , vegetables everything is top of the line i visit other places but no one can be better than shaws on Belmont street 💪👍

Shaws Supermarket on Belmont Street has the Best desserts especially, their chocolate chip cookies that's dipped in chocolate it's so good and there's always item's on sale which helps out families looking for a bargain..

Love coming here. The store is very spacious and always clean. The only place I buy some fried chicken to snack. Seafood is fresh and sometimes they run sales so you get a good deal. My husband loves buying roses here.

I had a fantastic experience at Shaw's grocery store in Brockton. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a wide variety of products to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed.
