I love Shaw's but I only shop and buy what is on sale and use the digital coupons. They have saved me a lot of money. I also used the service of having them do my shopping and I just picked it up as they delivered it to my car to me. I loved that, you just use your phone, make your list, what you want to buy, then pay for it and pick a time you want to pick it up! Amazing!! I love it!
Every week we buy our groceries and we get less and less but the price is more and more. The people are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. However the app is a pain. I changed phones and now I can't get into my app and i have lost all of my histand rewards.
We shop Shaw's every week. They have whatever we need... Except for their deli. Closed two hours before store closes. Yesterday, they were closed because they didn't have anybody to work slicing deli meat and cheese. It's not rocket science, yet nobody knows how to use a meat slicer. Not how you run a deli department. You should train a manager or a monkey to do this easy task. Store was full of other associates stocking shelves but nobody to perform a simple task. Customer service is number one! You've seem to have forgotten that! I ran an entire store deli department by myself as well as several other tasks in a very busy country store, where customers are number one and treated like family. We never turned away a customer because we were short handed. Step up next time managers and put on an apron and work the deli. The hundreds of people yesterday would have appreciated it!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Store is clean and bright and gas a good selection. Pricing is fair. Somehow I bought broken eggs and didn't realize it until I got to the parking lot. The let me exchange them no hassle and apologized (it was my own fault for not checking). We like shopping here because of the variety and savings. I will say I prefer to bag my own groceries here but I'm sort of picky so I don't think that should reflect too heavily on the staff.
Great customer service! Very friendly staff Always answer any questions you have. I used to go to Walgreens now. I go to shaws for my prescription needs.

The people that work there are always nice and helpful and always ready to give you advice or a helping hand.

Received assistance finding what I needed, employees were very helpful, however was very dissatisfied that I was required to download the app to receive sale items, so I didn't buy as much as I might have, and certainly will choose a different store next shopping trip. I just wish I didn't have to go to a website or app to get the sales items.
Have no problem finding the items I want/need at this store. However, it's time that the rest rooms were thoroughly cleaned and a renovation is warranted. Doors that don't lock, a heater that has been falling out of the wall for months (years?) and lights filled with dead flies. Seriously!
For the past 2 months, i have been over charged on 3 shopping trips. I was refunded the over charged, but this week it was over $15.00. They need to find a better way to mark the packaging to prevent this. A "manager's special" sticker over the bar code would make the cashier look for and use the sale price. Talking about food prices with a group of friends brought up this topic on the holiday weekend and several others mention the same thing happening to them. Having a beautiful store and good staff is great, but things like makes some want to shop elsewhere. It wouldn't be hard to fix.
