Customer Service at its finest. Called to see if store had chipotle chili’s in adobo, Adam professionally answered call, on hold for 20 seconds and he came back with aisle and location. Maybe grab it and hold upfront but he easily saved me 30 minutes at a min. Thank you, Adam!

The bakery always does a fantastic job with custom cupcakes like the ones they just did for a bubble themed birthday party. The florist Deena is wonderfully helpful!

So gross. Just went for the new sale that just started. Got home and the bag of navel oranges is half moldy on the inside and I thought I picked out a good bag then the porterhouse steak when taken out and turned over was black and blue. This place in 2 separate departments was disgusting I'm scared to try the bakery

Prices are absolutely offensive. Add insult to injury, you pay more and still have to bag your own groceries. The employees are absolutely miserable and rude to top it off and constantly have conversations between themselves while cashing you out (while you bag your own groceries).

By far the most disgusting rest room I have ever been in. The sign says clean and maintained regularly, but pictures speak for themselves.
Now only if you could imagine the smell in this place. The whole bathroom needs to be power washed with bleach. It's really really disgusting.
Talked to one of the kids that worked there, and he just brushed it off as a, "Yeah it's pretty bad."
Killer is, I like Shaw's! But I'll never go remotely near that bathroom again!

Prices: inflation, need I say more?
Cleanliness: excellent
A-la-carte: stellar, fresh/clean.
Cashiers? Quick, responsive.
Shout out to Matt/Pam/Rob. Loved the family atmosphere, tension and all.
All in all, stellar service and clean store. Would come again.

If you’re looking to get in and out quickly this is the place. The produce are fresh and the workers are always helpful and friendly. I recommend checking the expiration dates i some of the food as they don’t have a high turnover rate.

Had frozen turkeys at $.47 lb.
Go in and their display for frozen turkeys couldn't have held more than 30. 2 weeks before Thanksgiving u would expect to find HUGE amounts. Of course there were none.
Only their brand & 2 butterballs. I left my 2 bags of shrimp with the turkeys. Left my produce in cart. Left the store. This happens frequently here. Go in with a list for sale items but only find a fraction of what's advertised in stock .

The Londonderry location is the worst. Unfortunately some employees there spoil it for the rest. I'm sure there are great, hardworking people there. Deli - asked for shaved ham, woman just says 'nope' can't do it. I said they did it here last week. She says 'nope, can't be done.' So I think she just doesn't want to do it. Another time, questioned the buy 2 get 2 coke deal. It was $9 a twelve pack and I thought the sign says 8. They go check, it's actually $8 per gallon. A little deceptive I thought but guy says 'we don't make the signs.' These are shaws signs, my bad for not reading the fine print. But the worst part was I was made to feel like I was some sort of crook that they caught trying to steal.
