I’m so upset with this place. I ordered a 20 wing special from them and more than half the wings were hard, dried out and I’m sure old af. I should have known something was up when I got the pan and it was nowhere near hot or warm. I don’t get why they would serve customers this when businesses are struggling as is. I visited there once with my husband & I was really bullied by one of the customers! My husband was sitting next to me and we just quietly ignored the bullying customer. I recommend Sharks Fish & Chicken in Chicago Heights and Matteson. On a more positive note, I really love the food at Sharks.
