This is an often overlooked choice for breakfast with so many options in Idaho Falls, which can translate to uncrowded and no waiting times. It is conveniently located for travelers on I-15 with an easy on-off from the highway. One of the standouts on the menu is the stuffed hashbrowns with sourcream, green onions, and bits of bacon. The avocado eggs benedict were solid, and the pancakes were good, although a little pricey for the portion size. They are also known for their selection of pies. Thank you so much Aubrey for seating us, taking our order, serving us and just being all around Sweet. 😊 As always at Shari's our food was Delish. I tried the eggs benedict this time and for the first time . And i couldn't have been happier . My ice tea was great 👍🏼. We always come to Shari's at any Shari's and we are never disappointed. So I just wanted to give a little shout out for this one because of the hard working folks that powered through the Christmas holiday. I was dashing just to see how place’s around here were handling the Christmas rushes and this place stood out to me as a busy Christmas Day celebration was just starting to wind down. They were slammed every time I had a delivery, they were very kind to me and the other customers who were waiting. Extremely polite and patient, as far as I could tell, and even with all the madness still were prompt with the deliveries. Hats off to the staff and to Sheri for a fantastic job well done!! Didn’t even get our food to rate it, waited for over an hour. Found an ant in my kids hot chocolate, Our waitress was nice but terrible terrible experience. Never walked out of a restaurant waiting for food until today. Watched 3 other tables get their food before us. The gm was apparently there but didn’t bother to come talk to anyone. They were clearly making online orders a priority. Very disappointed the sharies in Boise is amazing but will never go in Idaho falls again. My wife and I ordered online and got the confirmation email with the estimated time of pick up. We got there 5 minutes after and parked on curbside which has a sign telling us to call the store which we did. Our server answered telling us that we had to come in because they “stopped doing that (curbside pick up) after COVID and that the sign meant nothing”. She then comes outside and tell us that there has been no orders made in the last couple of hours. We have a confirmation email with all the correct information and showed it. She said she had to call someone. She asked to see the confirmation email again and if that wasn’t enough, asked to see our banking app. She said that she’ll have to make our order which was just two pie shakes and had us wait without as much as an apology. Overall the WORST customer experience we’ve ever had. We felt like we inconvenienced everyone working at the restaurant by supporting a local business. Sad, since their shakes were delicious. This place is gross 🤢 Our waitress was rude and lazy, non knowledgeable. Just ate here ordered loaded fries. I said no green onion please. Waitress managed to be lazy and not pay attention and my fries weren’t fully cooked and piled with green onions. Fries aren’t worth $10 maybe $4 max. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time at this restaurant! I loved the food and dessert, that Strawberry shubard, subard, shbuhard or whatever the name is, was so freaking delicious!! The place is clean and the staff amazing! Shut out to Josh, he was so attentive and did an excellent job! He made sure I had my coffee cup full at all times! 💙

Came in for Christmas to get some tasty food, orderded what we thought was going to be some great meals, but was not so pleased after biting into it. Ham was not cooked all the way, damn near raw on one side, the mashed potatoes were not warm, mac and cheese was crunchy, and the rice was bland. My wife's stuffing that came with her turkey was burnt. I used to love Sheri's but this place has really went down hill. We've had two occasions now with subpar experience. The time before this we came in, there was hair in my wife's food. Our waitress, I know was extremley busy, but did not even check on us once after bringing the food, just instead came back with a check. They did take off two of our meals on the ticket, I do appreciate that, but this place really needs some attention from the owners or executives I've been eating here for over 10 years on and off again, and this is the lowest quality I've seen. Decided to give Sharis a try again since it had been awhile and it was one of the few places in town that had gluten free pancakes as i had a family member who was gluten free. They were out of gluten free pancakes though so she had to just order sides for breakfast. After ordering pretty quickly we waited over an hour for our food to be served. Everyone finally recieved food and I only recieved half of my order but never received my eggs or toast I was still charged for them after pointing it out multiple times that I was missing half of my meal. There were two people on my check and our total was 42 dollars for a meat lovers skillet 2 cups of coffee and a stuffed hashbrown with a fruit cup and 2 slices of bacon. Which wasn't a correct total but paid it anyways cause at this point we had been here almost two hours. They kept seating people in one section and the waitress could not keep up with all the customers. We Watched multiple families walk out after not getting food or getting seated. Food was piled up sitting in the window for a very long time not moving. And coffee wasnt made to keep up with customers. Also to add Marci was very rude and unprofessional to both customers and her co-workers. I'm not sure what the issue was in the back but on multiple instances she proceeded to yell, and snap at the other waitresses and staff loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. Idk where the manager was but there is a serious problem with service at this location. Won't be going back again which is a shame cause Shari's use to be a decent place back in the day...
