Nice little spot in New Bagan. Wanted to grab something to drink and have a little snack during our trip through New Bagan and stumbled upon this little joint. There were only locals sitting there and the boy who took our order only spoke just a few words in English. We got the Shan noodles which were pretty decent.

I first thought that Burmese food is as hot and oily as Indian ones, but I was wrong. Instead it was amazingly good. We ordered Chicken Curry and Tea Salad ("Laphet") with sugarcane juice. The chicken curry had mild taste while the tea salad has very special taste. The total bill was $7, which was rather cheap comparing to other restaurants.

Popped in here for dinner after searching around different restaurants. This place was by far the busiest and full of locals - always a good sign! Food menu was extensive and reflected the local cuisine which we appreciated. Staff were super friendly and helpful to us when we arrived. Place has a very chilled vibe - they happened to be showing an English football game that gathered a few people and created more atmosphere. The food itself was really tasty, as was the Myanmar tea! Def recommended for a casual dinner.

This is possibly my favorite restaurant in Myanmar to date. I highly recommend coming for their snack menu and then again for the dinner menu. For dinner I ordered the Beef Curry with Tea Leaves which was absolutely phenomenal. The food come out quick and tastes fresh.

Very delicious food for a modest stop-by eatery if you want to have a quick bite or a small lunch. Very cheap, but also quite small portions. Shan noodles were delicious!
