There are eight types of furnace-baked bread to choose from, and all of them are with distinct flavors. Using natural ingredients including fruits, grains, and nuts, the taste and the aroma of the bread are subtle and tastes better as you chew. We really enjoyed a lot eating the bread here. You are welcome to eat either outdoors or indoors, and coffee and tea are available for purchase to pair with their tasty bread. The owner couple is polite and courteous and is willing to introduce to you their specialty with passion. Do come early as the bread is usually sold out soon and you may have to wait for another batch.
It’s been over a year revisiting this bakery with my schoolmate today. As the name (Hakka sounds) states, it’s quite remote, but the business is getting better and better. The owner was busy to fill all mail orders in addition to drop in customers. The breads are still delicious as before, so as the coffee. It’s very relax to sit outside to quietly enjoy coffee with bread mingling with the natural beauty and zen-like atmosphere.
Amazing place to find delicious dread!!

The breads here are all kiln-toasted. Without making orders in advance, you might come in vain. Breads with kumquat shreds and red beans, and those with cranberries are strongly recommended, which are my favorite. You also can't miss those with mango and macha.
Locating in the mountain that you must be there by self-drive and be searing much road signs made by the vendor. Because the GPS signal is poor. The bread is baked by local traditional way with good tasting.
