The truth is that you will really like good turkey, turkey burgers and tuna. It's time to try tasty belgian waffles, French toasts and buttermilk pancakes. Solid diner option as evidenced by how busy it is. The food and service are good. Best for smaller parties. They have limited seating options for large groups (6+). The strangest thing to me is the sauce the comes on the party melt. It’s a combination of bbq and tartar sauce and it tastes spot on. Kind of weird to me but my wife liked it. Plenty of parking in their dedicated parking lot. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Food was great! Staff was really friendly. We had a stroller with us so the only place they had for us was a booth in the back, and the booth was a bit tight as a person in a large body. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

This place is so old fashioned and that's exactly why I love it. The waitress seems like she worked there forever, and it makes you feel like your apart of the shakers' family. The zucchini bread is amazing. The service is so welcoming you almost don't notice that the food isn't what it could be. The steaks were not cooked, How they were asked to cooked. Although in their defense, we did have a large dinner party that night, so that may have been why the food was not so great. You must try the FAMOUS carrot cake, though. Omg. It is so good. I found this place on Google Maps and the restaurant was highly recommended by the guides whom I follow. I enjoy old school dinners. Shakers is a great comfort food restaurant. It's like traveling back in history with the decor and menu.They make homemade foods and desserts.Normally! I wouldn't order dessert after breakfast but the Staff recommended the desserts are very popular. The carrot cake I ordered was so good and not overly sweet. I will definitely return to try something else for lunch or dinner.
