My sandwich was cold and I was there before it was made and at the time it was ready. It was actually really cold. The fries weren’t too bad. I will say it’s usually good and hot. I love shake shacks food, however the employees here consistently fail. Many times I have ordered burgers and fries and maybe 8/10 the order is wrong. Just recently I ordered an avocado bacon burger in which you pay 2 extra dollars for the avocado and the picture below is what I ended up getting. Ridiculous. Is it really that hard to put the amount you’re supposed to? Additionally, employees here obviously do not care about the hospitality aspect to their job. They are frequently rude, short tempered, and I’ve noticed, high at work. Not to mention when I’ve eaten in the restaurant, it took over 45 minutes every time for my order to come out even when no one else was in there. Something needs to change.
