About
Seven Senses Food & Cheer in Cookeville is a great option for a night out. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The menu has a wide variety of options, from sliders to salmon, and all dishes are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The sliders are especially noteworthy, as they are cooked to perfection and served with a delicious dipping sauce. Other popular items include the fried green tomatoes, the bacon tomato cheese griller, and the mac and cheese. The drinks menu is also impressive, with local craft beers, wines, and cocktails. All in all, Seven Senses Food & Cheer is an excellent spot for a night out with friends or family. Highly recommended!

I love Seven Senses, we moved here in July of 2023 and once we found this restaurant we are regulars at least twice a week. We love the food and the staff. We always set at the bar and Jason knows our drinks as soon as we walk in. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Spinach Dip

Ate here while visiting family. Sweet Jesus, this place has amazing food. The fried green tomatoes and stuffed mushrooms were first, then I ordered the shrimp and grits. So very very good (being in a small, deep bowl made it more difficult to eat, but I conquered nonetheless). I tasted some of the burgundy pasta and I daresay it was even better than my dish, and more decadent with that creamy pasta. My partner had a burger cooked to perfection. Everyone at the table was happy, but too full for dessert, sadly. Based on other reviews, we had to try the Bacon Cheese Grit Puppies and we were not disappointed. Then we went with sandwiches. My wife was very happy with the Chicken Philly. I was equally happy with the Pimento Cheese Burger. One warning on these choices; they can be a little messy to eat. But that shouldn't stop you. It was good to see a medium doneness request of a burger come back as medium! Menu had many other meal options that sounded very tasty, and many other reviews commented as such, so we'll see what happens when we go back. Service was very fast and friendly. We had beer to drink and they have a good selection of local breweries on tap Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Chicken French Dip

I honestly don’t understand what the hype is about this place. Not only did we wait for 45 minutes for our food but once it came the food was cold. My fish was rubbery and cooked incorrectly. Brussels sprouts and potatoes were burnt and yet they were still cold overprice cold, burnt food is not my idea of a good restaurant or good service. Had to order a salad at the end to get the taste of the bad food out of my mouth. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Boast! Seven Senses Food & Cheer this was my first time eating here & it was delicious! I ordered the Chicken French Dip grilled chicken, provolone cheese, caramelized onions on hocois, served with mushroom au jus $11.00. (minus the au jus!) They give you a good amount of chicken & it was very tender & flavorful. The caramelized onions were a little overcooked for my liking but I dealt with it. The fries could of used a little more seasoning in my opinion but the sub was fantastic! My friend ordered the same thing but got a side of the mac & cheese $4.00. I’m extremely picky about my mac & cheese & rarely order it out. I must say this one was pretty good! It was very creamy & cheesy. I would order this in the future as a side dish. Josie was our server & she was great! I’ll definitely be back again to try something different. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I don't know why more people don't talk about this place! Ive been here before like 5 years ago but couldn't remember because it had been so long. Our server was great! She was so friendly and helped me with the menu. I ordered the chicken french dip and she recommended the Mac n cheese and I am SO glad I went with her suggestion. It was absolutely delicious. It was so creamy and full of flavor, the noodles were cooked perfectly it pretty much melted in my mouth. The sandwich was good too but the star of the show was the Mac n cheese id go back just for that ! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I will definitely be back! I put a picture of the menu here also! Please go, you won't regret Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
