His cheese mankouche is to die for! It's not like anything you've tasted before. It's not just plain cheese, it's got onions and some herb in it - mint perhaps. The crust is thin, crispy on the edge but soft in the center. I recommend you take it spicy; the chili powder is mild and flavorful.
